These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Transactify mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
2. Our Services
Transactify offers the following services:
- Utility bill payments (e.g., electricity, cable TV, airtime)
- Gift card purchases and redemptions
- Online shopping for a variety of products
- Virtual card issuance and management
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of these services at our discretion, without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential
- All activities conducted under your account
Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payments and Transactions
- All payments are processed via secure and verified payment channels.
- Once a transaction is successfully completed, it is non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- For product purchases, refunds and returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Virtual Card Usage
- Virtual cards can be used for online purchases where accepted.
- You are solely responsible for any transactions made with your virtual card.
- Any loss, compromise, or unauthorized use must be reported immediately to our support team.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our systems
- Provide false or fraudulent information
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities within the platform
Violation of any of these may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Transactify Platform—including logos, graphics, text, and software—is the intellectual property of Transactify or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Losses or damages caused by service interruptions or technical failures
- Unauthorized transactions made with your credentials or virtual card
- Delays in product delivery caused by third-party logistics providers
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.
9. Privacy
Your use of Transactify is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected
- You misuse any of our services
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our app or website. Continued use of the Platform after any update signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
